CrossFit Induction

We run a two session induction package for new members who have not done CrossFit before.  These will introduce you to the fundamental CrossFit movements so that you feel confident to join the main CrossFit classes.

These sessions can be arranged with a coach at a time to suit you.  Simply book onto the CrossFit Induction and contact Christine or Scott on to arrange your sessions.
