New boxes

Some of you may have noticed when you were in over the weekend that we have a couple of new soft plyo boxes!

These will be great for getting your first box jumps or a higher standard if you are nervous about your shins.   Please keep in mind that you are unlikely to come across soft boxes in UK competitions at the moment, so if you are preparing for comps stick with the wooden ones!
