This week we will be testing your 1 rep on front squat and deadlift in order to have a good starting place on next week’s new strength cycle.

Front Squat or Deadlift – built to a heavy single

Conditioning

5 minutes beat swing practice and preparation

15 minute amrap:
10 Wall Balls
10 DB Hang Clean & Jerks (5 each arm)
10 Toes to bar
