5 supersets of the following:
10 strict pull ups – progressions
10 strict hspu – progressions

Conditioning

For time (20 min CAP):
30 DB Snatches – 5 Ring muscle ups or burpee pull ups
40 Wall Balls – 5 Ring muscle ups or burpee pull ups
50 Cal Row or 500m Run – 5 Ring muscle ups or burpee pull ups
40 Wall Balls – 5 Ring muscle ups or burpee pull ups
30 DB Snatch – 5 Ring muscle ups or burpee pull ups
