8 Unilateral DB Presses each arm (split legs)
10 Bent over rows
15 Hand release push ups
20 Band Pull aparts

Conditioning

3RFT:
Run 400m
2R: 5 Toes to bar, 10 Burpees, 15 Air Squats

Finisher

Side planks 3 x :30 per side
