No rest between the strict press and rows. Rest 1-2 minutes between supersets.

Conditioning

6 min couplet:
10 Bar hop burpees
10 Shoulder to overhead 50/35. Rx+ 65/45

rest 3 mins

4 min couplet:
8 Toes to bar
8 HSPU / Push ups. Rx+ 4.5 inch deficit hspu

Finisher – 2 sets weighted sit ups
