Sumo Deadlifts – 6-6-6-6-6-6 ascending weight

Inbetween sets handstand push up practice or progressions.

Conditioning

CrossFit Open 13.3
12 minute amrap:
150 Wall Balls
90 Double Unders – Scale to 180 singles
30 Muscle ups – Scale to pull ups or jumping pull ups

Scaled option:
12 minute amrap:
15 Wall Balls
10 Doubles / 20 Singles
5 Pull ups / Jumping Pull ups

Finisher

Couch stretch – 2 mins per side
