Weightlifting Week 6 and Rainhill WOD 1

This is our final week on the current programme.  We will be testing lifts this Sunday at 2pm – this session is open to anyone who wants to come along and establish a max snatch and max clean and jerk to carry forward to the next programming cycle.

I have put a sign up sheet next to the whiteboard – please pop your name on it if you are coming along to help me plan the lifting groups.

Day 2 today.  If you are competing at Rainhill on 14/15th May substitute your WOD 1 complex for the clean and jerk portion of today’s session.
