Front Squats – 5-5-5-5-5

New linear programme begins today. This will be programmed once or twice a week. Feel free to make up an extra session in open gym.

Conditioning

10 minute amrap:

60 Bar Facing Burpees
30 Front Squats 50/35k
10 Muscle ups (Scale to 20 Pull ups or Ring Rings/20 Push ups)

Finisher

Couch stretch – 2 mins per side
