5 rounds:

Bench Press – max reps – Men 3/4 BW. Ladies 1/2 BW. Use your bodyweight if you can get 10 or more reps.

Pull ups – max reps – Scale to ring rows or bar rows if you have less than 10 kipping or strict pull ups.

Conditioning

5 minute amrap:

5 Wall Balls
5 Burpees
