Skills Development

Once a week I will be concentrating on a certain skill to test and see how you are all getting along and assess how we can move you towards achieving the next level of the chosen movement. Anyone who has any requests for a movement to be addressed please come and see me or Christine and I promise it will be programmed and addressed as soon as possible.

Deadlifts – 5-5-5-5-5 – linear progressions

Ring Holds / Ring Dips

Conditioning

30-20-10 reps of:

Ring Dips / Push ups
Burpees
Wall Balls
