5-5-5-5-5 – Build to a strong but solid 5 and hit that weight for 5 sets.

HSPU or Push ups

3 x Max efforts. 1 minute rest between efforts.

For time:

50 Double Unders
10 Burpees
40 Double Unders
10 Burpees
30 Double Unders
10 Burpees
20 Double Unders
10 Burpees
10 Double Unders
10 Burpees

For scaling do single unders for double the reps.
